Pull Request Overview
Adds RS9116 deprecation notices across Matter Wi-Fi documentation and updates one example reference to use SiWx917 instead of RS9116.
- Added multiple "RS9116 is deprecated and no longer supported on Matter" notes.
- Replaced an example project selection referencing RS9116 with SiWx917.
- Inserted deprecation note inline in overview device list.
